Ventuno Technologies Private Limited (“Ventuno“, “we“, “us“) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit bluekona.ai or use our SaaS platform (collectively, the “Service“). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

This Policy applies to personal data processed by Ventuno as a “controller” under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the CPRA, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (“DPDP”). Where Ventuno acts as a “processor” (or “service provider”) for Enterprise customers, the Data‑Processing Addendum (DPA) referenced in the Terms governs.

We collect data:

4A. Platform‑API Data
When you connect a social‑media account (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Threads), we retrieve account identifiers, OAuth tokens, content/insights data and audience metrics as permitted by each platform’s API. This data is used solely to deliver BlueKona features such as posting, analytics and scheduling. You can disconnect any account at any time via the platform’s security settings, which will revoke our tokens.

Data is stored on AWS, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil the purposes above. Back‑ups are deleted or anonymised within 90 days after account closure, unless legal obligations require longer retention.
10. Security
We employ administrative, technical and organisational measures, including TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, role‑based access controls, periodic penetration tests and employee security training. No system is 100 % secure.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase or port your personal data, restrict or object to processing, opt‑out of “sale” / “sharing” (CCPA), or withdraw consent.
